2016: Light Blue Optics: Acting as Director of Support (part time) for Light Blue Optics before and during the launch of Kaptivo, a B2B product sold through reseller and retail channels worldwide. Kaptivo makes any whiteboard smart by sharing and storing whiteboard images.

2016: OpenClinical: As part of the OpenClinical management team, helping with business planning, project management and strategic planning for the charitable (CIC) organisation. OpenClinical develops authoring and publishing AI tools for medical clinical decision support.

2016: LiFE: Life First Emergency Response: Acted as project lead and project manager for InnovateUK funded project using AI to improve ambulance journey times through pro-active traffic management.

2015: Belfast IoT Smart City: Led the bid team for Belfast’s entry to the £10m InnovateUK Smart City competition in September 2015, working with senior levels of local government, and building a coalition of local and multinational technology and service providers.

2014 – Took on the role of Operations Director for Aquamatix Holdings, and Managing Director of Aquamatix Technologies. Aquamatix is pioneering the Internet of Things in water.

2014 – Worked with OpenIoT, a consortium of companies developing the Hypercat specification, providing project management for the TSB funded work in development and deployment of Hypercat demonstrators.

2013 – Worked with Cambrionix, makers of Very Intelligent Charging solutions, to develop business, sales and marketing strategies and plans to enable the business to grow and keep up with high customer demand.

2009 – Worked with a mobile broadband device maker to improve SKU cost management and accuracy, ran the customer support and defect management processes, and program managed high profile customer launches.

2006 – Worked with a US start-up in html-layer redirection and parental controls to launch in the European market, managing customer trials, market customisations, product configuration, importation, contract terms, support, and system implementation.

2005 – Worked with a US start-up with a pre-standard DOCSIS 3.0 CMTS system to launch in the European market, managing import issues, system testing, defect prioritisation and manufacturing planning.

1999 – Sold and managed the delivery of CableTV telephony systems to a Polish CaTV operator to resolve Y2K issues.

1997 – Sold and managed the delivery of telephone exchanges, CableTV telephony systems, optical transmission equipment, and DC power plant and UPS to the largest Japanese CaTV operators.
